Privacy notice

This notice explains how Oliver Software Studio uses the information you send through this website.

Who we are

Oliver Software Studio is an Irish software business run by Oliver Nad. We are responsible for the information you send us through this website. You can contact us at .

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we keep the details you enter: your name, business name, type of business, number of employees, email, phone number if given, your answer about prices if given, and your message. We also record the date and the page you sent it from.

If you use “Create your own app” and press “Send to Oliver”, we also keep the plan you made with your enquiry: the app name, the starting app, the modules and colour you chose, any custom features you describe, and the plan's reference. A PDF you download is made on your own device and is not sent to us unless you send it.

We send emails through Brevo, an email service based in the European Union. If you tick “Email me a copy of this plan”, we send one copy to the email address you entered.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not build visitor profiles. It sets only the security cookie needed for the enquiry form to work.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a call or demonstration, and to keep a record of the conversation. We also count enquiries by type of business and price feedback, without names, to understand which sectors are interested.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Who can see it

Only Oliver Software Studio. We do not sell or share your details. The service providers who run our server and network connection process data only to keep the website working.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
